Today we hit up Garden of the Gods! If you’ve never been to Colorado Springs put this on your bucket list! Pictures do not give the views justice! I took my camera to play around and get some pictures. It was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect. This is one of our favorite places to take people when they come to visit. We’ve been here going on 3 years and I never get tired of the breathtaking views! You can also see Pikes Peak from here! If you ever get the chance definitely visit Colorado!
Here are some pictures from today!
Hope you liked the pictures!
I’m so excited for Fall! It’s definitely my favorite season! The fact that my birthday is in November may have something to do with that! Lol! We have so much planned for the fall season and only have a few weeks to pack them in! My husband will be leaving in a few weeks for training so we have a lot to do in a short time. We’re planning a drive through Cripple Creek to see the amazing Aspens. They turn a beautiful yellow in the fall, but you definitely have to catch them at the right time. If you go too soon there will still be a lot of green and if you go too late the trees will be bare. I have fall pictures scheduled for the kids the end of September and I can’t wait. The photographer we use is AMAZING! She always has tons of cute themed props and displays. We’re also planning a weekend getaway to Estes Park! It’s so beautiful up there! It’s almost home to The Stanley Hotel (The Shining) For my birthday we’re hoping to take a trip to San Antonio which will be so fun. I love San Antonio! There’s so much to do and see! I can’t wait to share everything on here as it comes!
Let me know your plans for Fall!

My name is Lee! I’m a mother to two. A 10 year old son, Parker and a 2 year old daughter, Sophia. I’ve been married to my husband Erik for 4 years. He serves in the Air Force and we’re currently stationed in Colorado Springs. We’re from East Tennessee and definitely miss lots of things from the south, like Pal’s sweet tea! I work full time for another base here. We love exploring the area and traveling to other states. We love to hike and ride bikes together. I enjoy crafting, shopping, and reading. My goal with my blog is to share books I enjoy, clothes and shoes, recipes, and pretty much anything else I can think of! Can’t wait to share with ya’ll!
